The Second Saturday Art Walk is winding down, bringing the community the penultimate event for the season from 3 to 5 p.m. Nov. 14.
Three venues will display the works of artists. This month two will offer background music, and one will serve wine and have a live artist interview. Masks are required inside the galleries and social distancing is a must.
This month, Ambiance by the Sea, at 530 Hemlock St., features a show titled “Beach Peace,” which includes driftwood art by Bob Bangs and ink art on driftwood by Vicki Gorham.
A short walk to 515 Chetco Ave., Brian Scott and Signatures galleries displays mixed media paintings of watercolor, pastel and pen and ink by Linda Evans. Craig Evans will be playing the keyboard for your enjoyment while viewing the works of other artists inside this three story venue.
And finally at Manley Art Center, 430 Oak St., Annabelle Walkley and her heirloom-quality quilts are hanging along with the works of Pelican Bay Arts Association members. At 4 p.m. Walkley will be interviewed, providing insight into her work. Live music is provided by Michael Johnson.
The final Art Walk of the season will be Dec. 12. The Second Saturday Art Walks will take a break for the winter and scheduled to resume in the spring of 2021.
