Join us as Erin Minster gives a presentation of the joint efforts of the Curry Soil & Water Conservation District, Curry Watersheds Partnership, Oregon Parks & Recreation Department and others in the ongoing efforts to manage and control the spread of gorse, a noxious weed, in the Brookings area. Gorse is a highly invasive weedy shrub that is also extremely flammable due to a high oil content. Join us to learn more about invasive gorse and ways to protect your community.
This presentation will take place Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 3pm at the Southwestern Oregon Community College in Brookings, in the Community Room (room 137).
